Antonia is responsible for Starline’s employee development and growth strategy. Aligning with the company’s values and long-term vision, she oversees all HR strategy, handling talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, training, performance measurement, and associated compliance needs.
With a focus on talent management, she has successfully integrated change management and created efficient HR processes and policies. She has served in a variety of HR and recruiting roles in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors spanning multiple business areas such as hospitality, healthcare and education.
Antonia holds a Master’s Degree in HR Management and Communication from the Catholic University of Central Africa. She is perfectly bilingual.
