Our wet equatorial climate and environment pose a huge problem to concrete structures. Rising damp from below and leakages from above are the main culprits when it comes to the degradation and compromise of concrete structures.
We have partnered with COSTAR CHEM, who specialize in modern concrete and waterproofing solutions, to address this problem from inception (proper measures taken at foundation level) through to finish (modern rooftop leakage prevention methods).
From a quality assurance perspective, also offer structural checks for existing client structures to make professional assessments and recommendations.
